How soon will BAREP reply?
BAREP normally reviews inquiries during working hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00–17:00 China Time. For urgent requests, WhatsApp is recommended.
Can I request samples first?
Yes. You can send the product model, target market and sample quantity. If samples are in stock, sample preparation can be discussed quickly.
Can I request UL / ETL certification files?
Yes. Certification documents are available upon request and should be checked by exact product model.
Can BAREP support OEM packaging?
Yes. BAREP supports neutral packaging, customer brand packaging, barcode labels, retail boxes, master cartons and Amazon seller packaging.
What is the MOQ?
Standard products generally start from 100 pcs per model. Customized products generally start from 2,000 pcs per model. Final MOQ depends on the exact model, stock status and packaging requirements.
